- The East Lansing Farmer's Market (ELFM), a growers-only market robust with a diverse selection of fresh, farm-grown Michigan produce and products, is located in an inviting, open-air atmosphere, just steps away from Michigan State University campus.

- The mission at Cultured is to bring the highest quality, nutrient dense fermented foods to the local community. We source as much as we can from small ethical farms in Michigan, because...well, we love Michigan. And in our opinion we think that supporting these farms in any way that we can is the best thing to do. 

Cultured strives to use the cleanest and freshest ingredients possible for all of our ferments. As an artisan fermentary it’s very important to us to pay attention to quality of ingredients, by working with local organic(maybe not certified) practicing farms and local businesses we are able to produce the best(in our humble opinion) probiotic rich fermented foods around.
